A customized massage experience based upon the Aveda Elemental Nature℠ philosophy and your favorite Aveda aroma. Depending upon the needs, a variety of massage techniques will be utilized including, but not limited to, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, Acupressure and Reflexology.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
A customized massage with a combination of Swedish and special massage techniques that target the deeper layers of the muscles. This massage helps relieve chronic pain and soreness and will release the tension and pain associated with stress.
